Founder & Lead Planner of A Lush Affair
With a natural talent for connecting with people and a genuine passion for hosting unforgettable gatherings, Alusha Domanska found her calling in event planning. Her love for creating meaningful experiences led her to study hospitality management at George Brown College. At A Lush Affair, Alusha thrives on transforming her clients’ visions into memorable celebrations, with a focus on both social and environmental responsibility. Each event she plans is a unique reflection of her dedication to thoughtful design, seamless execution, and sustainable practices.
After a successful event planning career at Toronto’s top venues, including the Distillery District, the Royal Ontario Museum and Berkeley Church, Alusha established A Lush Affair in 2015. Leveraging over a decade of experience and having planned and managed over 500 events, Alusha brings an unpretentious, honest and transparent approach to event planning to ensure each celebration is a success. Alusha is a WPIC-Certified Wedding Planner and a leader in designing and executing sustainable and inclusive events having established A Lush Affair as Canada’s first-ever Certified B-Corporation event planning company.
Alusha works with a small but brilliant team of talented staff, as needed, to expertly meet each client’s unique needs.
